What is the typical lead time for custom furniture orders?

The lead time for custom furniture orders varies depending on the type of furniture. Upholstered furniture generally has a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks, with a few exceptions taking 4 to 5 months.

For case goods, the timeline ranges from as little as 3 weeks up to 5 months. Mattress orders tend to have a lead time of around one month.

The lead time for furniture delivery can vary depending on the delivery location. Local deliveries typically occur within one day of the order being placed. For out-of-town deliveries, lead times range from 1-5 days.

What is the process for scheduling a furniture delivery?

The process for scheduling a furniture delivery is fairly straightforward. The client makes a request for delivery on a specific date, and we then accommodate the request as best we can based on our existing delivery schedule. We make every effort to find a furniture delivery date that works well for the client’s timeline.

Do you offer assembly and installation services for furniture?

Yes, we offer full white glove delivery and installation services for all our furniture purchases. Our experienced delivery team handles the entire furniture set-up process from start to finish.

Is there a warranty on your furniture?

Yes, however, warranty periods can vary depending on the specific manufacturer and type of furniture. We follow and adhere to the warranty terms set by each manufacturer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, and checks.

Do you offer financing options for furniture purchases? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house financing options for furniture purchases at this time.
